MILKYWAY GLASS

Collectible art has always been something I am drawn to, and I tend to favour brands that incorporate art into their design. MilkyWay glass is one such brand with over 10 years of experience in (bong) glass making techniques including their signature sandblasting. Highly detailed glassware is their specialty (experts in graphical design) and according to their site their goal is to elicit “feelings” from the user, crafting sensory experiences for like minded folks.

POLLINATOR DAB RIG

This rig made from borosilicate glass comes out of the Milkyway Glass Hive Collection, a sophisticated range designed for those that look for innovation an aesthetics. A smaller sized rig with a unique puck like structure at the base extending out the water chamber. This flared space houses the donut-style percolator, a superior form of filtration. This design allows for rigorous filtration whilst diminishing splash back. 

Hive means bees and you will find a large bee sandblasted upon the main body along with a hive honeycomb design. 2 colours have been used throughout; a matte amber and a deep bottle green. 

The down stem is fixed into position, facing up towards the sky externally and then curving down into the water chamber culminating into a percolator at it's very end. A Quartz banger is provided (NOT SHOWN IN PHOTOS), the only removable portion. A clear deep bucket style of banger with a flat top and thickened base. Lastly, the mouthpiece is quite narrows and leans to one side. 2 extra features to further diminish splash back. 

Measuring: Just over 21cms tall.
