MILKYWAY GLASS

Collectible art has always been something I am drawn to, and I tend to favour brands that incorporate art into their design. MilkyWay is one such brand with over 10 years of experience in (bong) glass making techniques including their signature sandblasting. Highly detailed glassware is their specialty (experts in graphical design) and according to their site their goal is to elicit “feelings” from the user, crafting sensory experiences for like minded folks.

SPACE ODYSSEY INCYCLER DAB RIG

This is a dab rig, but not as you may know them. An Incycler is similar in function to a recycler just with a different internal structure. Both an Incycler and a Recycler offer continuous movement of water for extra filtration and cooling. This is achieved via a secondary water chamber attached to the initial chamber with water/smoke cycling through each. With an Incycler the second chamber is housed inside of the first. This allows for a much more compact form, though it ends up being a little harder to clean.

This entire rig is made from pink hued borosilicate glass (+ quartz) and as part of the Space Odyssey Series you can expect a focus on outer space. An upgrade to a previous model. Intricate sandblasting has been used to create the scene filled with planets, galaxies and a spaceship. The pedestal base is wide and thick for stability and the water chamber is on the smaller side. The removable down stem is of the diffusion variety with 4 slits. This is the first stage of filtration before the incycler steps in for stage 2.

A quartz banger is provided, clear and very deep with a thickened base. You will still require a carb cap. At the very top the glass narrows as you reach the flattened out mouthpiece.
