This is a carb cap. An incredibly adorable one! Carb caps are used with a banger and a banger is used with a dab rig. Bangers are used to heat concentrates and a carb cap acts like a lid with a secondary feature that can also direct airflow. 

MUSHROOM HELIX

Lets start with the looks, I had to add this carb cap to the store as it made me smile when I saw it. An adorable little mushroom that reminds me of Mario Cart. The mushroom also masquerades as a handle for ease of swivel. Borosilicate glass has been used with coloured accents. 

This carb cap is of the Helix variety? A helix is a spiral, think of a strand of DNA. This specific style in used in many rigs, carb caps and pipes and is beloved by connoisseurs. Almost all carb caps direct air via a channel that runs from the top to the bottom. This channel can be straight or run at an angle. The channels within a helix carb caps are numerous and they run at an angle to provide  spirals or air within a banger. This effect will encourage your herbal extract to dance like its 1999. More dancing = less sticking.
