ONGROK

Ongrok was first introduced to me via one of my helpful staff members, she was particularly excited when I arrived one morning, and we then spent the day ogling their catalogue. Designed in North America (AKA Canada) with what I would describe as a modern minimalistic flair. High quality materials are their go to; natural hardwoods, aircraft-grade aluminium as well as eco-friendly materials. Products that are sleek as well as discrete, a range designed with lifestyle in mind.

As for the name? Comes from the work “Grok”, a term used in Robert Heinlein’s novel – Stranger in a Strange Land. Definition? To understand something deeply, intuitively or by empathy. Which is exactly the philosophy Ongrok stands by!

FLOWER TOOTH GRINDER

An all new grinder from Ongrok, 5 parts instead of the usual 4, along with a new grinding technique/teeth. They have recently released 2 new grinder both with unique features, including a separate storage zone located at the very top of each grinder. A rather large and airtight zone with its own lid - up to 3.5g capacity . This storage area comes in addition to the internal storage located beneath the grinding plate, so 2 areas for storage then! A handy little feature enabling you to separate your flower material for whatever reason.

FLOWER TOOTH? - Grinders worldwide are going through a kind of metamorphosis at the moment. Developing research has found that using a blade to shred your herbal material can damage the potency and efficacy of the plant. Various forms of grinding plates are now being produced and this particular one come in the form of a flower in bloom (sort of). Technically this should be termed a "mill" as opposed to a grinder. Mills are seen as a gentler alternative whilst providing a nice and fluffy grind, perfect for vaping. Each grinder is made entirely from super durable aircraft grade aluminium with the following features included;

  • Easy open and locking – A quarter turn function enables you to open/close the grinder (main compartment) with minimal effort. Medicinal marijuana users who suffer from mobility issues in their hands may appreciate this function. The grinding lid stays in place via a powerful magnet (neodymium).
  • Removeable screen – A very underrated feature that I wish more brands would utilise. In general screens are inbuilt, impacting on cleaning and making them irreplaceable. Not so with this grinder, Ongrok has designed it so that the screen lifts out incredibly easy via a handle of sorts. Remove it to clean or remove it to create more storage space.
  • Large lower storage zone – Ongrok put a lot of thought into the size of this grinder as they wanted it to be compact/easily transportable whilst having the largest storage area they could craft. 63mm diameter is the size they settled on, which does actually provide a nice amount of room. Ongrok really wanted enough space to fit a small/mini humidity pack along with your herbal material. How very professional of them!
  • Diamond knurled top cap for a non-slip grip. A textured band along the top lid makes handling easier.

Same-Day Dispatch

We are committed to prompt service. All orders placed and paid for by 12:00 PM (midday AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day via Australia Post. Orders received after this cutoff will be shipped the next business day.​

All items are sent with with tracking and a signature will be required upon receiving the package.

Eligibility for Returns


We accept returns under the following conditions:


Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with the packaging in the same condition as when received.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation) is required.

Important Notes

Change of Mind: Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item is damaged or faulty, please refer to our Handling Damaged Deliveries section.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days, provided all return conditions are met.

If you discover that your items are damaged upon opening:


1. Document the Damage:
o Take clear photographs of the damaged item(s), the packaging (including any visible damage), and the parcel label showing the tracking number.
o Retain all original packaging materials, as they may be required for the claim assessment.
2. Record the Unboxing:
o We highly recommend video recording the unboxing process. This documentation is crucial for any potential claims regarding damaged or missing items.
3. Lodge a Claim with Australia Post:
o As the recipient, you are required to lodge a claim directly with Australia Post for any damages incurred during transit.
o Visit your nearest Australia Post Office with the damaged item and original packaging to complete a damage report.
o Provide valid photo identification (e.g., driver's licence) to comply with Australia Post's privacy regulations.
o Request and complete the Green PM26 Form, ensuring you include the tracking number. This form links the claim to our account details, facilitating the refund process.
o Note: Only the person to whom the item is addressed can lodge the claim.
4. Provide Us with the Claim Reference:
o After lodging the claim, please send us the receipt and reference number provided by Australia Post. This will allow us to assist you in following up on the claim and provide any necessary support.
