With an extra bit of care...

Anyone can sell cardboard strips for the purpose of crafting filter tips, I of course wanted to go one better offering innovative filter tips to my customers. Harm minimisation is my starting point and then I research various methods. I was particularly excited when I came across Bloomer as they offer filter tips that intrigued me offering something a little different in the over-saturated rolling papers market. Thes tips are available on their own or included within a pre-rolled cone.

It’s all about bees, honeybees in particular are declining in numbers worldwide. This is kind of a problem as we rely quite heavily on bees to help produce a large variety of our plants/food via pollination. To play their part, Bloomer decided to incorporate non-invasive/native wildflower seeds into their plantable biodegradable filter tips. Crafted to not interfere with local ecosystems and each seed is pollinator friendly, hopefully helping to combat declining population levels in bees, butterflies and other pollinators. Bloomer boasts that by 2025 they will have planted 1 billion bee-friendly wildflowers.

Sincerely,
