Grav Small 6" Upright Bubbler

Grav Labs, hands down are the masters of glass, scientific producers of glass if you will. A global reputation that is hard to surpass. Built to last, highly functional and as gorgeous as glass can get. Those in the know only and always use Grav glass. When Grav makes a water pipe/dab rig/glass pipe they know what they are doing. Built strong for a smooth and easy session. Oh, and so they don’t break easily either. Beautiful enough to display anywhere in your home, if that’s how you do things.

Grav tends to categorise their glassware into collections with a variety of looks and styles covered within each collection. This is part of the Upright Collection. This collection of water bubblers is all about thorough filtration of each and every hit via a fixed fission down stem. Each piece has its flower bowl or bowl depression upon the very top, hence the “Upright” moniker.

TIP: No accessories of any sort are required for this Bubbler. Can be used straight out of the box with nothing extra to purchase at any stage. Unless you break it of course!

FEATURES

One of my smaller pieces from Grav but don’t let its size take away from its functionality. This is a bubbler which just means you are able to add water into the equation for a smoother/cleaner experience. I would say this is closer to a pipe than the larger water beakers/bongs that I sell. I say this because there is no removable flower bowl and a carb hole (shotty) is provided. Larger pieces do not have a carb hole, which annoys some as they like to clear out any excess smoke within the interior.

The inbuilt bowl on this Upright Bubbler is a deep(ish) recess, kind of like a small internal V-shaped martini glass with a small hole in its base. A pretty decent size for moderate sized hits.
Look within the water chamber and there you will find the fixed fission down stem. I wouldn’t say this this is a large water chamber, but it is more than adequate for intense filtration effects. As with all glassware I recommend you have a few practice inhalations (breathe deeply) after filling with water to check for splash back. The angled design of the mouthpiece is such that you are able to use a decent amount of water without worrying about getting your lips wet!

TIP: Grav recommends 1.5” of water for optimal performance. 1.5” is around 4cms. That’s almost half the chamber!
