Multi-Directional Thermal Vortex UFO Carb Cap

A carb cap is an accessory used with a glass dab rig. A dab rig is a water pipe/bong designed to be used with herbal extracts/concentrates/dabs. Dab rigs have a banger as opposed to a flower bowl for loading. Dabs come in a variety of consistencies and can range from a thick oil to a hard candy-like structure.  The purpose of a carb cap is to close off the banger to direct the flow of air/smoke/vapour. 

VORTEX CARB CAP

The term vortex in this regard refers to a helix-like effect whereby a whirlwind is created within the banger. A banger is lit with very intense heat and usually a blowtorch is required. Once lit the extract within starts to move about just like oil in a hot fry pan. The role of this carb cap is to force air into the banger via the twin vortex inlets and this in turn will force the extract to swirl around for more efficient heating and less sticking. 

Made entirely from borosilicate glass with an opening at the very top and 2 opposing outlets at the base. Designed to be placed right over the top of your banger as you inhale. The total diameter is just under 4cms so it should fit most bangers, but I recommend a flat top banger for complete closure.
