These are pre-rolled cones that have been infused with Terpenes for an amazing burst of natural flavour (and aroma).  
Quick terpenes lesson. Terpenes are the flavour and aroma molecules of plants. When you cut into a mango and are hit with a strong aroma you are smelling the terpenes within (myrcene in particular). Terpenes are used by plants for protection and to attract/ repel, basically, they allow the plants to interact with their environment. Humans are attracted to certain terpenes and many are said to have medicinal value.

SFV OG KING SIZE HEMP

Inside the resealable pouch you will find two large pre-rolled cones (so don’t worry if you are not a proficient roller). Each is made from 100% Industrial Hemp from Canada. Hemp tends to burn slowly with a smooth hit with each draw so each cone should last you quite a while. Each cone sits nestled within the other and both are encased in a plastic shell, so they maintain their perfect form till ready for use. There is a tip in each.

SFV OG? Named after a place - San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles. A sativa dominant hybrid strain known for it's pain relief. Described as earthy and woody with Myrcene as the dominant terpene, followed by Limonene and Caryophyllene.
