WHAT AM I?

This is a grinder but not as you know them. This is a very high quality connoisseur grade grinder that will cleanly mill up to 3.5g at a time (larger version). Technically termed as a "Mill" due to it's lack of teeth and it comes in 5 parts. Flower Mill USA makes grinders and only grinders. A small, but impressive range for now. I didn’t need to do much testing before I knew that for sure I would stock them. Really well made and quite solid in the hand. Each part just screams quality. Low-effort, high-capacity milling all in one compact body. This is a unique style of grinder with no teeth or blades and their patent is pending.

TIP: The Premium Next Gen Mills come in either the Aluminium Series or the Stainless Steel Series. 

WHY AM I SPECIAL?

When Flower Mill entered the market they create quite a buzz and they encountered  controversy with their version 1 mills. The original version was unfortunately pulled from the market and redesigned due to the possibility of metal-on-metal rub occurring when grinding vigorously. A low-friction washer set has been added to the top lid to overcome this issue. This is the next Gen version.

Hybrid construction is a hallmark of the Premium Edition with both aluminium and stainless steel used. The super solid exterior, rotor and sleeve are made from aircraft-grade aluminium (6061) whilst the milling plate is made from food-grade (304) Stainless Steel. This innovative plate does not shred your herb but instead progressively crumbles it where it naturally would break apart. Results = a lighter and fluffier product.

Your herb is then sifted down through the milling screen and the best bit? No partially processed herbal product remains for you to pick out of the milling chamber! A #3 medium grinding plate is provided and it will provide a fluffy and coarse grind. You can remove this plate and buy smaller or larger options (1-5). The top lid stays in place via a strong magnet and there is minimal threading below for ease of access. The removable kief mesh screen is the 5th portion, slipping in and out of place with ease. It's weird to say but this screen is really beautiful.
