Cali? These cones can technically be called "tubes" due to their shape. The Cali range is an homage to Berner and his rolling style. Trumpet style cones are just not his thing and he likes a straight and wide cylindrical tube. This style of rolling allows for increased airflow allowing for very large pulls and immense clouds. Visually the Cali is similar in height to a King Sized pre-rolled Cone.

Blue is the colour for all the Rice Rolling Papers in the Vibes range. These are Cali 1g pre-rolled cones for those of you unwilling or unable to roll yourself. I find it interesting that rice is actually used to make rolling papers. Rice based papers are basically just pressed and process rice. The selling point is how extremely thin rice papers are which is said to be better for your lungs than other materials (but you are still smoking though, so better for your lungs in comparison to other papers only, sorry!). No aftertaste is another feature of rice rolling papers.

TIP: No chalk or bleach is used in the making of any Vibes papers (yep, some others do use them).
